Paula Press was born with a calling to a life of style and design. Trained at the hem of her real estate grandmother's vintage Yves Saint Laurent suit, at an early age Paula understood the beautiful collision of personal style and design, space and arrangement.
After spending years in the creative world of Hollywood, rising from the mailroom of Hollywood's leading talent agencies to producing an original series for HBO, Paula's career took a turn to the beautiful when the "freelance" interior design and styling projects for her Hollywood crowd grew. Since then, Paula a native of Southern California and a graduate of USC, has spent the last 18 years styling, designing and creating multi-faceted residential, commercial and hospitality concepts.
Paula's approach to design is multi-layered, bold and distinctive. Perhaps influence by her youth spent on Venice Beach or her time spent living in Spain. Paula is obsessed with rich and complex colored interiors, the integration of indoor and outdoor living and the juxtaposition of contemporary and vintage. Her eye for quality craftsmanship, furnishings and textiles, which she curates through local and international artisans, resulting in alluring, daring, yet functional and deeply personal spaces.
With warmth and disarming charm, Paula connects personality with each client certain to never lose sight of her client's voice, interests of lifestyle. lifestyle. For Paula, no two projects are ever the same. Whether a high-end family home, modern bachelor pad, cutting edge surgery center or a luxury hotel to name a few.
Since 2010 Paula has partnered with her longtime friend Kendra Soothikul and together they have formed Studio Berosso, LTD expanding their brand to designs in residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
